Sara has dedicated the last decade to studying and practicing a wide range of healing modalities. Her background in athletics sparked an interest in anatomy, kinesiology and the therapeutic aspects of yoga. She is a licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor, with additional training in Thai Yoga Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Myofascial Release.
Sustaining several injuries over the years, including a torn ACL, and birthing and raising two young children have helped her trust in our human healing potential. Sara is interested in incorporating functional movement into everyday activities. She empowers others to live more joyfully in their bodies, as well as find inspiration and wellbeing at home, work and with loved ones. Working with clients, Sara helps to identify goals and set up a program of exercises, practices and explorations to more fully flourish in everyday life.
